Approved at last ....

Hi folks,

ND 1 Nov. 2000 Got RFE for employment letter on 10/6. Replied on 10/8. Received by INS on 10/22 ( delay is probabaly due to anthrax scare)

... And after almost frustrating wait for 7 weeks, yesterday I heard on AVM that case has been approved for me and my wife.

Thanx for all ur help on this forum. And best of luck for all who are waiting ...

Did they ask the date of hire, job title,salary, job description on the employemnt letter. O got a RFE this week and they
   asked all these information on the employment letter. Is this standard for all RFEs for employement letter ? Please answer .

I sent employement letter

But my lawyer did not ask for W2 forms or tax returns. In fact in my comapany no one sent them . They got approved with no RFE. It depends on the luck Thanks
