I would say a women giving birth is lot easier compared to this grueling process and wating period - it is really killing man.
Comparison to keep things in persepective :)
Women - 9 Months of wait [ while choosing a name for the baby ] and 10-12 hours of labor - wow ! finally the baby is out.
Card process - 6-7 years of wait if your lucky and [ get through "your" name check process ] - 10- 12 days of getting your card. There it is.
I would say it is more like an imaginary Elephant giving birth.:)

so did u do anyhting to clear the namecheck like contacting senator or someone? or the NC got cleared by itself?
