Approved ! At Last

Dear Forum Friends & Folks,

I got the approval notice and I am finally out of the wait :rolleyes:.

Thanks for each and everyone [ Man it sounds like getting OSCAR'S or GRAMMY and even more ] on this forum for your wonderful support and +ve thoughts to keep me sailing through the longest journey ever in my life for anything that I have waited so much far.

Thanks especially for Rajiv Khanna for hosting such a wonderful forum for all of us to use as a community to voice our thoughts and share out inputs.

That being said I would really extend my thanks to each and everyone on this forum ; everyone I interacted with thru one on one and mass questinaires and the ones who silently wished for my case :) .

Personally it has been a hell of a journey ; losing sanity is just one of it; losing nears ones and gaining new ones is a bargain I had to sacrifice as part of this waiting game.
But all in all I would say I am completely not in grip about the approval I guess it is going to take real time to sink this thought and move on.
I can go on and on and cry out loud; but I guess that is all behind now and I should real pull up myself and do what I have to do.
Mere job would kill everything you have and jolt your personal future for a card really goes beyond my comprehension. But anyhow a sweet note to a very very very .... loooong wait.

Again thank all of you for being virtual com padres and e-wishers all through.

I wish that everyone in the Q get it as soon as possible.

what is ur case details?
 
congratulations !, Was your case got transferred to TSC ?. Also, can you provide some details about your case?.

antonioa77 - EB3 - FP2 completed on Feb 13 2007. 3rd EAD was done and was coming up onto the EAD 4th at then end of JUNE 2007.

gcCircle - No it was not transferred to TSC [ Details above ].

so u ur wait was bcs of retrogression or bcs of name check? if it is bcs of ur name check, how it got cleared? did u contact anybody to help in clearing it or it cleared by itself?
 
It was both retrogression to start off and name check after 2 year of wait on retrogression. So a total of 3 years.

I just released that my spouse's case is still not approved though. :mad:
Waiting on it. But the only difference from pallu2004 and others in the list where theirs where approved but the spouse got stuck is that in my case the spouse is still a dependant not on H1B.
Still waiting to get that case approved :(

so did u do anyhting to clear the namecheck like contacting senator or someone? or the NC got cleared by itself?

appreciate your kind sentiment. Take a moment to feel the relief. I am sure it will take a bit to sink after all the nonsense we have been through it will be a great feeling.

As per the other thread that pallu2004 is hosting;
My spouse's case is still pending ; again hoping and wishing to get it soon.

Any thoughts on why they would delay if any ? FP2 & EAD done and cleared together on same dates but this one is not getting thru ???

congrats BAGUSAC....now u dont need to worry about Emergency AP....and welcome to the boat of waiting for spouse approval

Actually :confused: :mad: :( Now I need the Emergency AP for my spouse cause of the short travel date that was picked up.

Any thoughts about calling VSC or Infopass with Immi Officer would atleast make any changes ?
