Our cases have been approved yesterday. Finally!

3 and half years of this process and 7th Year extention and finally done for good.

RFE: 03/25/04
Received: 04/07/04
Approved: 04/28/04

Thanks you all. Thank you Rajiv Khanna for this great service for people like us.

This has been a great ride.. Lot's of ups and downs. RFE's for everything.. Labor, I-140 & I-485.


I need to wait for the mail to get this stamped for once and all.

I have been postphoning my trip to India for this.. Now, mentally free to go.

Could you pls let us know how many times your LAST UPDATE DATE in your profile at USCIS site changed before approval( if you have the track). Just want to know if there is any pattern.

Also is the date showing now is your approvaL date or some previous date?

I-485 - Rd: 03/02/2002

Ist FP: June/16/2003
2nd FP: Jan/05/2004
RFE:03/25/2004
App: 04/28/2004


** My status was NEVER updated from the date of filing of I-485 to RFE, and then to approval. ***
