NSC generated RFE the day after they received our 2nd AP application. RFE response received on 10/7/2003.

i had a couple questions for you:

1. did you get a 2nd FP notice?
2. what was your RFE about?

Here I am trying to answer all the questions. Hope I have not missed any questions.

1. Rupnet was updated before I post it in this forum under the same user name.

2. Rfe was for employment letter and birth certificate. I also got a 2nd FP before my 1st FP expired and local INS took the 2nd FP notice and asked us to go home. My 1st FP has not expired yet.

3. I do not have the format of AC-21 employment letter because my lawyear got it directly from Corporate HR.

Of course, they waited till they got your AP renewal check before carrying on. Perhaps this is unofficial premium processing. Where's my checkbook?
