I just checked AVM and my case got approved. Here are the details:
PD: 5/28/2000
ND: 6/13/2001
FP: 8/9/2001
Ref:4/23/2002(need to explain the difference of the salary from time to time)
Ref submit: 5/24/2002
Approved Date: 6/5/2002

Sorry, I don\'t know RD, never pay attention to it. I think that ND is more important.
 
Can you explain about your RFE?

I have never seen an RFE which has asked to explain the salary difference. What response did you give the INS? Thank you for your time.
