I have the same RD and ND as you are.. we have our second FP done on Dec 22, 2003.. And so far we don't receive any RFS notice, So which state are you living ? Which country did your from?
My ND # :LIN 02-165-5....:(
 
I'm from India and reside in Illinois. You should be getting your RFE/Approval pretty soon. Just hang in there and good luck.
