Update on my case progress
Interviewed and approved on 1/23/2006
Today my son got his welcome notice and my husband got approval of his I-130 (for unmarried child under 21of US citizen).
My son’s I-485 application status on-line changed twice after the interview. First time they informed us that his I-485 application was approved and notice sent and second –that the card was ordered.
His I-130 on-line status haven’t changed, still shows as in-process, even thought it approved already.
Now about me…. Nothing! No welcome letter, nothing.

Today my LUD finally changed and I got e-mail with this bizarre message:
On February 1, 2006, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to an office in MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER for processing. Our office in MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete. You should receive a notice informing you that your case has been transferred to a local office.
This is strange…since my I-485 already approved and I don’t have a clue why they keep on transferring my case back and forth like that.
