Approved and the long wait is over

I have been a silent reader of this forum. I read a lot of flares, frustration, joy and more importantly useful informative disussion regarding the INS approval process. Most of the questions I have seem to have been asked by some and answered by some.

Finally I got my turn to say I got it. Details are below.

RD - 9/19/2001
ND - 10/19/2001
FP - 2/7/2002
RFE - 1/15/2002 sent by INS
RFE - 2/6/2002 response sent by us
RFE - 2/13/2002 response recd by INS as per the site
AD - 2/27/2002

Thanks to rupnet and this forum which helped me understand what is going on and a likely timeframe of when I likely to get.

Finally just be patient and you will get your day.

The turn around time on your RFE is a week or so. Wow! INS must really like you

INS turned it around in two weeks after they received response, which was the case for most of the cases approved recently. But there are quite a few waiting with INS receiving response by Dec' 2002.

As per the AVM/Online message, the case has been approved.
