Approved and stamped, now my case status changed again

My online status was changed to the following (I got email notifications) :

"On August 20, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Any one else had the same situation after approved and stamped ?
 
One question for you: once you are approved and stamped, does it really matter?
As to your question: have you submitted a request for status? or did you do it over the phone? just wait and see what does it say,

congratulations!!!!
