Approved.... and no feeling...

Friends,
Our cases have been approved. As I mentioned earlier, after CIS received our response on 01/20, LUD changed to 21, 24 and 27; then a long pause and today it changed to 02/16 and status changed to "case approved". Interestingly, for my son, LUD never changed after 01/20.
Ironically, CIS made a big saint out of me(with all this patience), I do not have any feelings after this approval (thogh I did dance for a few seconds).

My details:
PD : 10/2001
I-140/I-485 concurrent- EB3 - 02/26/2003.
RFE1: Edu and Financials 07/2003
I-140 AD 08/2003.
FP: 03/2004
2 EAD's (the second one expiring on 08/18/2005)
RFE2: Vaccination, BC and Marriage certificate on 12/04
Resonse received on: 01/20 (LUDs 21,27,27 and 02/16)
AD : 02/16.

I too felt the same when I got our approvals. I felt more happy when my Labor and I-140 were approved!
 
Congratulations!!. Probably most of us would be devoid of our feelings when we get our approval.
 
Looking at the trend, KRIPS99 should get the approval in a day or two.

And yes, I felt more happy when I got my Labor, I-140 and EAD approvals. Today's feeling is more of relief than happiness.

It is rather ironical that the Attorney whom I paid all the money upfront while filing my I-485(I even paid for my I-140), was less concerning and comforting than this free service of Rajiv. Kudos to you RAJIV.

And once again guys, thanks to all of you.

I am sure this journey doesn't end here. Still coming: appointment, stamping, GREEN CARD.

Your words are very comforting. I hope what you said comes true. I am planning to go to India on Advance Parole, even if I get my approval or not.
I can't bear this torture of waiting.

It was about my wife's birth certificate. They needed secondary evidence. We submitted affidavits from her parents. I took the affidavit format from these forums only.

Congrats to you too! I have gone through the longest path for each stages. So I was prepared that I may have to wait another 4-5 months. I used to check my LUD each morning, I did't feel like checking on 15th morning, and it got approved.
