Just received the long-waited email, I-485 for my wife and I got approved. Somehow my 15-old son's hasn't yet. Thank you all for sharing your information in this forum, I learned a lot from it. Good luck to all of you.

Justs wodering what could be the sequence!..they received reply to my RFE on 3/9/05 and I am still waiting....

Congratulations on your approval.

I am not sure what your ND is for 140/485 or if you are EB2 or EB3 but it seems that TSC is currently working mostly on EB3 02 cases. EB2s from 03 and 04 are getting approved but approvals for EB3s from 03 and 04 seem to be few and far between.

A reply to my wifes RFE was received by TSC on the 4th of April and I have not heard anything on it yet. I called the National Service center and they informed me that it may take upto 60 days for a decision. It has been 30 days so far and I may have to wait another month to file an official inquiry.

Hello everybody,

Today I got LUD and email on RFE's :

On May 2, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

Has anyone received this kind of email?

I received similar em (my RFE was only for ...will work in same area.. ie EVL kinda) the duration given form NSC was 570-600 days. TWELVE days after receipt of RFE I got my approval !!!
