Online status shows my 485 and my wife's have been approved at 4:00PM today!

140 RD 3/21/2003
485 RD 3/21/2003

Fax Expedite process on 7/29/2004.
140 got approved on 7/29/2004
Issue RFE to my 485 for EVL, pay stubs, W2 on 7/29/2004
8/9/2004 CIS received
8/11/2004 Approved.

What a relief now!

it seems they have seriously started cases of 2003 concurrent cases of 1st quarter beside 2002. noone is sure and clear about TSC policy..many are happy as many upset..... everyone get from their own luck... :D

a couple of weeks ago I posted that many ppl shared there is lot of activities going on in 1st quarter of 2003. and since many ppl came farward to share approval news.

We did FP in June 2003 and FBI completed them on July 3, 2003 but CSI online status always shows something like "Your FP collected and pending review" instead of " the results of FP has been received and your case has been resumed etc" as other people do.

So I think it's CIS's error( but I didn't mention it specificlly in my fax) and fax to request resume my 485 case since our FP results should have been received by CIS.

That works. So I think if you can make your point to a specific reason and CIS will consider it sometime. For my case, they responsed pretty fast.

Why the hell would USCIS listen to an expedite request for a case with a 2003 RD?????? There is no reason to expedite this case, when there are people from 2001 waiting for thier damn fingerprint request!!!!!!

How far back did they want the pay stub and the W2 for?
