No job change. Same job since 1997

RFE was about my legal status between 1999 to 2001.

And I sent them 2 H1B approval notices covering that period.

Sounds like a silly RFE. What would your legal status be, had you allowed your H1B to expire?

Wouldn't you be in AOS-pending status then?
