Here is my Story
Applied for labor in 1997 October EB2 - Got an objection, as my salary seemed to be lower than what it should have been - I applied for Masters. Anyway My employer increased the salary and sent the updated employment letter again. Labor tool almost 11 Months though it was supposed to be in RIR.
Now comes I-140 - I got an RFE equivalent in that also this time they wanted my company\'s TAX papers. This happens for typically small companies. Anyway We sent them and my I-140 got approved.
Applied for 485 in March along with my wife.
Got FP somewhere in March
Got RFE in July 2000 asking for updated employment letter with current proffered salary, last one w2, 3 Pay stubs, updated geographical form the one which we send with i485.
Sent them the RFE response on July 29th. Their message updated on August 8 saying they receive it on August 4. Checked message daily after that
Note - My income has increased by 50% since my labor.
Yesterday (August 21) I got the message for both of us saying this case has been approved on august18.
