Approved After Almost Thre Years !

Today, after WOM was filed a month ego, Miami District Director Linda Swacina issued an Approval Notice and faxed it to my lawyer. I am soooo happy! My nightmare seems like ending today... Thank you for this forum helping me, with out YOU guys I have never-ever would file a law suit agains USCIS. If anyone have questions about family-based petitions do not hesitate to ask, I have quiet experience for now... I wish you all the best!
 
I heard to sue, u'd better have a strong case, like having children together or sth, if you don't mind me asking, do you have kids already with your u.s. citizen spouse?
 
Congrats !!! I can imagine your happiness. is it possible you post a copy of your lawsuit. Many people need help preparing their case..and this WOM is the most common now

Yes, I think its a good idea if you can post a copy (ofcourse cover all personal information) of your law suit and references you used. Post some websites you researched to collect this information. I am in the process of filing WOM and will probably file t around holiday season as a Christmas gift to Dallas DO Angela Barrows :)
