RD 8/23/01
ND 9/29/01
3 EAD’s : 4th EAD applied 12/31/03
3 AP’s
Changed Jobs; Aug 03 from FL to VA
Filled AR-11 in Aug 03 but did NOT inform INS of Job Change

So I did all the Address Change requirements in Aug 03

I do not think the address change helped in the Approval
 
Got Approval Notice in Mail Today

Hi All,

I finally got my approval notice in the mail today from TSC.
The notice asked me to appear at the Arlington office.

It is good I changed my address otherwise it would have asked me to appear at the Miami office !!

I did not hire a new lawyer; I asked current lawyer if there was any ethical reason for NOT representing me ...(in case I got an RFE ) ...and he said no problem (the employer will not mind).

So I used the same lawyer.
 
All DONE

Finally our GC journey has ended !

Got my card in mail today. (3/15/04). Spouse got it on 3/10/04. This was a relief because the cards were error free. !!!
(Name , DOB etc all ok.......U can never trust INS......in one of my friends GC the whole family had the Lawyer name on the GC !!!)
