Approved. AC21 . Changed Geographic. Did not inform INS

Guys,

Just completed stamping this week. There were no issues at the INS office.

Hope this case gives some people confidance if they are considering change in Geographic Region. ( Diff. Service center)

As after the job change you didnot file qc21,

1) Did INS ask about the current employer and the paystubs at the time of stamping? if yes, did not INS raise question that current employer and I-485 registered employer are different?

2) Did you show the qc21 at the time of stamping? Does it effect anyway present and future?

==> No Questions asked at Stamping. Note: INS can only ask q. before approval. No Q. asked after approval.

===> No Questions about previous / current employment. Only things taken during stamping are Approval notice , I94, EAD , AP etc.
 
Finally our GC journey has ended !

Got my card in mail today. (3/15/04). Spouse got it on 3/10/04. This was a relief because the cards were error free. !!!
(Name , DOB etc all ok.......U can never trust INS......in one of my friends GC the whole family had the Lawyer name on the GC !!!)
