hi,
this is the first time i am posting on this board , but i have been following it for a long time, it has been a great help

my case
RD- 11/21/2001
eb2/Ind
recd rfe -medical and paystubs

was approved on apr 3, 2003 as per avm and online

but i have still not got my approval notice does anyone know how long it takes,

recd rfe on march 17th
responded and BCIS recd it - 03/31
approved on Apr 3rd

also wanted to know if anyone was approved on this date and have recd the notice.

Just one quick question...Can you tell which state r u from ?
I got a RFE on March20, My RD is 11/13/2001...I have just responded, not sure when BCIS will recieve.
But for you it looks amazing, approved in 4 days !! cool !!

depends on when VSC pushes their bulk mail out for the postal office to pick up. usually 2-4 days from the time they mail out the approval notice and they usually don't mail them out right away.

My RFE was issued on 27th March, I reponded on 8th April, BCIS received on the 10th, online status was updated as well. Its been 7 days since.
