Received the approval email from CRIS at 6:00am (Pacific) for my daughter and me. (As of 7:30am still waiting for spouse approval.)

I am not sure if my name check was cleared before the approval or if this was associated with the 2/4 memo. I guess we'll never know.

Anyway, time to get on with life...

Congrats waiting4cagc. This is incredible if your labor is an original one. You have waited about 11 years.. You deserved this about 10 years back. :) Good luck.

The labor priority date is from a previous employer so I was able to 'port' the priority date. The underlying petition for the 485 case was for a PERM case from 04/06. In between those two labor cases we filed a regular case in 2003 that was stuck in DBEC..
