Approved 27-Aug-01 - Waited for over 9 Years...

It was the moment... when we heard in AVM "This case is approved on 27-Aug-2001...", I and my wife felt a great relief instead of feeling excited.

We started breathing again after 3.5 years of mental trauma. We were the victims of 6 Year limit (on H1) and my recruiter\'s "GREED" (anyway it was a bad dream until yesterday - now it is history). My previous priority date for EB3 was Feb-1995. GC processing makes you stronger. Don\'t loose hope. When you want "something", focus on it and don\'t give up, be determined until the end... and it will carry you far beyond.

EB1, PD - 5/30/01, RD - 9/20/01, ND - 10/18/01, AD - 08/27/01.

My prayers are with all of you who are going thru the painful journey of GC.

God has created limited amount good souls, I was lucky to be associated with some of them...

So you got approved in 3 months! SSAND, I can imagine making mistake in one of the dates\' but how come all the dates! Anyway, enjoy your freedom.
 
Correction & what is "GREED"

In reference to explanation for Recruiter\'s "GREED"?
When he forces you to stay beyond 6 years in USA (well before i245 came into effect). Asks you not to work for any one outside USA "though the company has no offices outside USA". Thus setting a stage to USE your LABOR CERTIFICATION (as a carrot) TO RECRUIT SIMILAR SKILL CANDIDATE to GET THE DAMN COMMISSION AND REFERRALS. ALL of this after MILKING YOU FOR 3+ years and PLACING 6 guys in same PROJECT SITE THRU ME (for 2+ Years billing) and GETTING 25 REFERRALS apart from this and paying NOTHING FOR THE REFERRALS.

MORE THAN ALL of the above BETRAYING A FRIEND who trusted (It was my and my wife\'s mistake for considering him as a friend).

Hope, I have explained term "GREED" in reference to my misfortune.

Think in the direction of starting a non-profit organization just like isn.org to fight these "greedy" employers.

1> Most of the time people are scared to squeal on their employer for various reasons. But by joining such an organization they can remain anonymous and the people of this organization will fight for them

2> This organization will be a common platform for all those troubled and pained souls and will motivate people as they will know that they are not alone.

3> The organization can then write to INS/DOL and expose these "greedy" employers.
