Approved on 12/02 Got the approval via mail for me and my wife. LUD changed on 12/03/04 (no change in message). Online status still not updated. I thank you all for your support and best wishes for your approval. This has been a great forum.

Labor filed: 12/02, AD: 06/03
I140 RD: 07/21/03, AD: 04/26/04 (concurrent)
I145 RD: 07/21/03, AD: 12/02/04 LUD changes: 10/06 (for FP), 11/01, 12/03 (no change in message)
2 EADs, 2 APs, 1 FP
NO RFEs at any stage.
AC21 case: From contractor to employee in August 04. Permanent postion, 25% Lower pay, similar job with different title. New employer sent the AC21 letter in September 04. Also note that I work in Texas and my previous employer is based in MA and that's why I filed in VSC.

FP details:
We got the FP notification late August and we were out of country during the scheduled date. Our attorney rescheduled our FPs on 10/02 and 10/22 for me and my wife respectively. But we both went to the local INS and got the FPs done on 10/02. No problems. The LUD later changed on 10/06 for FP recd and the message still stays the same after several LUD changes.
