Approved !! 04/06/02 ND case ....

Seems USCIS working overnight on the cases. Checked my mails today morning. Received 4 mails of approvals sent on Aug 2nd 11:00 PM. May be some batch jobs updating the Database. :)

Guys hang in there....Everybody will get it...
This is a great community and have been doing excellent job and providing hope..

One more thing ...Those who are waiting for approval...

I sent emails to "cisombudsman@dhs.gov; CISO@DHS.gov; Prakash.Khatri@dhs.gov" as per kashmir's post on this site..
Sent fax to FBI 3 weeks back.. No reply from either. But please let them know our concerns.

I received the mail from FBI yesterday about Name check. They said it was done in Dec. 2002 for myself and spouse and it was sent to USCIS. So looks like they don't do another check again as I was approved yesterday.

atlantabraves here are few terms ....

RD is receipt date for I-485
ND is Notice Date for I-485
FP1 is 1st fingerprint
LUD is last update date on USCIS sit about ur case
AD is approval date of I-485

They might out sourced your case. so you got approval at that time.
