Not partying or celebrating. Feels like we got out of a prolonged illness.The journey was longer than expected and never expected anything to happen for a long long time.

Actually we had a RFE generated on our I140 for
EVL and paystubs. I think they could not issue an RFE asking for the same thing again.

Regarding RFE 140 and 485 is different. there's a policy in place for CSC applicants if the EVL is one old ask for new one. And your 485 was filed when concurrent filing was not there and they are asking EVL for 99% of those cases. Yours is the second case approved recently without RFE. Seems they are changeing the policy now, thats a good sign.

Maybe they used the rfe from 140 , but ghost-rider is right
in that rfe during 485 is different. so one can have different
evl during these stages and still get approval. the other
non rfe approval is EB1 so maybe rfe is generated only
for EB3 cases
