looks like tsc is approving eb-2 cases with old pds.how many of you all with old pd eb-2's still waiting?

my pd 2002 eb-2,485 rd-nov 2006.as per SR background checks pending ,asked to call back after 6 months.i havent has an lud after i filed.looks like those who had luds are getting approvals.

i hope they do something with our cases before the holiday season hits.

check USCIS website twice every day now.

Wrote to Bush, his wife, congressman since Sept 10, no response from anyone yet, stuck in NC.

As per TSC IO: Background check pending (spoke to IO in Aug '07)
 
no approval yet in my case. pd current , eb2 row.
485 rd in mid 2006. sent congressional inquiry on Oct 20th
after namecheck got cleared.
sent service request more than a month ago ...maybe even
two months ago. no news yet. I also hope they give some
good news before the holidays ! namecheck was the showstopper
for me till now . now that is also cleared. I wonder what is cooking
now !

Hi lycra,

Even we didn't have any LUDs after filing I485 in feb2005 except the VSC->TSC message. We got approval on 11/02 still no CRIS message,only online message changed.:rolleyes:
I really hope approvals for all old PDs.:)

looks like if no luds,no hope to expect approvals.any form of lud,be it in the form of transfer,rfe,fingerprint etc,atleast they have picked up the case and working on it.
i think iam stuck in the background checks,is background check different from name check?

I am waiting - everything clear as per congress man and Infopass - checking my mails every 5 minutes. pd-sep.2002 and LUDs on 10/31 and 11/01. Come on - there is a limit to test patience:mad::mad:

thanks to all of you . i pray that all of those still waiting get the good news in day or two. guys dont get worried if you didnt have a single lud,i think they are clearing up all old eb-2 cases . so please keep your hopes alive.

There is a software I saw somwhere on net called as "Luder" which if you can install in your comp can check the uscis website every 30minutes so you dont even have to login everyday. Just login in this software screen and it keeps running in the background. Like you can install in you work comouter which remains on forever. When your case gets an LUD it displays apopup screen saying HOORAY THERE HAD BEEN AN LUD and then mentions the case which got an LUD. You can now login USCIS website to see what has changed. DOnt confuse it with LUDER the spyware.

Rischi....Just to make you feel better...I had my NC cleared in July... Nothing happened since then...wrote to every Tom Dick and Harry...no luck...found out that My case is not even assigned to any officer. ND Oct 04. EB2. Go figure....if there is any logic to anything.
