Latest 485 approval
Today I heard the magic word, My 485 application has been approved.
Detail:
Country: China / EB2 / RIR
City: Minneapolis, MN
PD: Dec. 1998
RD: Sept. 15, 2000
ND: Oct. 6, 2000
FP: Feb. 27, 2001
AD: Sept. 25, 2001
LIN #: 01-004-xxxxx
My wife and co-worker\'s cases are also approved in the same
day. It looks like the NSC begin to deal with early 2001 cases.
This web site does give me much mental support. Thanks everyone
who make contribuations.

Early 2001 case
The reason is that my LIN number begin with 01 as my ND is Oct, 2000. Oct 1th is the first day for a new fiscal year. So my case is
belong to 2001 fiscal year. My co-worker and myself have exactly
the same PD, RD, ND as company lawyer work for us and file all
the documents in the same time.
