Approvals on the Rise??

Well Not only approval rate is rising, processing time is also rising. Now new status report says NSC will take 560-590 days to process your I-485 application..

Well Samir,
I think the processing time will reduce soon. The 560-590 days you see is a little misleading. It looked like no approvals were coming through past August 1999 for a while. I have seen approvals with RD of October and November lately. Looks like they have passed the August hurdle. If someone with ND of October\'s case is being processed, the processing time is around 500 days. It is improving. Have some pateince and before you know it, you will have your approval.

I think I saw one by someone named Tinkoo or some thing like that... He had posted here and had a ND date or October or November. Well, maybe there was a typo or I read it wrong. Immigration Tracker is also a good source to see what is going on?
