I said this before :
Guys

How about having a dedicated threads to post only the approvals RD (month) wise ? Also we should convince the approved-ones to put their full EAC# ( except last digit if they want, even though there is no need to hide )

Problems with the present way :
- information is being spread across different threads
- approvals are coming simultaneously on RD of 4 - 5 months
- old approval thread is coming up, because the approved-one was giving new updates or some body congratulated him/her late :D:D

with 1amShantanuB. Something on the lines of what they have in CSC forum. 1amShantanuB, why don'nt you start a thread....like

"Approvals received on July 2003" (since June is almost over let's start from July) with instructions as to posting of RD ND RFE EAC#'s etc.

I like the idea of initiating dedicated threads to post approvals monthwise but absolutely no congratulation message in that thread.
 
I agree with Edison. Infact we can name the therad like "congratulation from all of us" Month year approval eg July 2002 and so forth

We can take the help of moderators in getting unwanted things deleted in those threads

I had raised this idea of No Congrats and I was shot down.

We all are happy when someone is approved so why waste time congratulating on the same thread 20 times.

Lets put one thread. Congrats to all those approved. peopel who stil want to congratulate ppl can do it here

1amShantanuB, could you edit your thread "Jan 02 RD approvals"
to add a subtle reminder to posters to include RD, ND, FP and EAC#.

Will help other reading the posts.

Just Approvals

Feel free to post the approvals in new threads too as it is being done now.
But make sure that post your approval in this thread too.

That way we can avoid people posting congrats in this thread.
Congrats and any questions would go into the seperate thread if it exists.

So once again only post approvals and nothing else.
