I just got the e-mail from USCIS. I am elated right now. I want to thank all of you who post to this forum and I want to thank Mr Khanna for providing this forum.

Here are my details.
Large Multi-National Company; NO RFE's
Labor PD DEC 01
Labor AD OCT 03
I140 & I485 Concurrent filing: Mailed NOV 12 03, Receipt date Nov 17 03
I140 AD June 09/04
FP March 11/05
I485 AD March 21/05

Wish everybody approvals soon

Wow! Congrats.. Now that puts a little hope in me. I did my FP on 16th of March. Don't see any change in LUD so far.. Did you see any change in your LUD once your FP was done? My ND is 12/03 for 140/485.

There was an update on the 15th saying that fingerprint has been recieved, and that processing has resumed. Then there was no LUD change until I got the e-mail.

Hey ...hearty congrats :) That was a real quick approval after FP !! :cool:

Is yours EB3 and hope it is VSC ...Where did u do FP ??
