Approvals for ND Feb/March/April

Guys, what is your opinion,now we are seeing more FP notices coming in for guys with ND in Feb,March and April, do you think 1-3 months down the line we can expect some approvals or are we talking 1-2 years here. Ciba, what do you think, can JIT dates have a impact at this stage.

I\'d like to be optimistic and think that in one to three
months we will see approved ND moves from 98 to April 2001
(or later!). No more one to two years like in 99!

Ciba, but in three months, I and a few other unlucky guys don\'t even reach FP schedule date. My ND is 3/21 but FP is scheduled on 11/09!! If I take FP ahead of schedule, will CSC process my case earlier or they always wait after the schedule date?
