One of my co-workers got approved. He got an approval letter from tsc, couple of days ago. Details I know about his case:

India
EB2
ND: Late February, 2002 (don't know actual date)
FP: approx a month back.

That's all I know about his case.

Does your co-worker have any children that fall into the "age-out" category?
 
Good to hear a new approval since pretty long time.

His ND/RD is after mine. This good news is encouraging.

Can you tell us where you are located at?

Even though I'm happy to see an approval, wish TSC would first complete processing 2001 cases or at least people who did their FPs between 11/2002 - 4/2003 (before they approve a 5/2003 FP case).

I'm not exactly sure about his FP date, could be end April.
My ND is Aug, 2001 and still waiting...
