I have been reading from this forum for awhile and now I 've decided to post . My husband, daughter and I apply to adjust to PR in Dec 1998 after getting asylum in august 1997. We did everything together. Our finger prints letters came together in January and we done in February together. He got his approval letter 2 weeks ago and ours is still in process. I don't understand. If anyone had the same experience, please share.

Quick question. Was your husband called for an interview to stamp his passport/RTD etc or after the fingerprints he just received his approval letter?

Second question. Did your family went for Finger Prints more than once or it was just this Feb?

My husband di not go to an interview. After fingerprints were done in February 25th 2003, He just received his approval letter.
We did fingerprints back in 1998 before submiting our I-485 applications. Second ones were done this year in Feb. that was it.

I would advise to write to congressmen, so he will bother the INS and maybe your case will go faster.
