My friend just emailed me saying his I-485 has been approved.
The following is all I know about his case. It\'s hard for me
to get further details at this time since this guy is currently
on an overseas assignment moving along the Pacific rim.

EB2, China, RIR
PD: 3/99
RD: early 12/00
ND: late 12/00
FP: 4/01 along with yellow form for employment
Location: Cleveland
No RFE

don\'t know what this yellow form for employment is?

can you help me guys what this is. I thought you just need FP notice, and drivers license or passport for identification. Anything more for needed for FP appointment?
