Approval with out the second FP

My lawyer called VCS. I still kept the email as follow.

I spoke with an Officer this morning at the VSC. She said that they are still waiting on one security
check (for you and
your spouse) before they can complete the processing of your case. If they got it, you case will put
pulled to
complete adjudication. Regardless, we should hear something within the
next month
or so. I will let you know as soon as I do.

I don't know. But I already sent email to ask her on the past monday. I haven't get reply yet. I will post it when I knew.
 
Lotus, is it possible for you to ask Deb
that if the officer process your case before
the security check or wait security check
to open your case. Once your security check
is complete, the officer will approve your
case or will start to review your case. Do you
know?
 
2nd FP

My Situation is very bad.

I did my 1st FP in first weak of FEB.
RD & ND both are in Dec'01.
Still to receive 2nd FP notice.

Called twice on 1-800 number, they took all the info and said you'll receive your status by email within 4 to 5 weeks...
It's been over 5 weeks no emails....

Now they say, If you want us to find 3rd time, then you need to give us in writing...
