AP Approved: Web status updated but received no email
AP for me, my wife and son got approved few days back.
Online status says "This case has been approved. On December 8, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."
I have received email about my approval but no emails about my wife or son. Any idea? What could be happening?
Also I haven't received any paper approvals in the mail yet.
