Approval w/RFI and w/o RFE????

WEll this memorandum clearly states that RFE is "discretionary". The rules are that medical expires after 1 year. Although there are no rules as to when a "G-325A" form expires but I guess CIS wants to know what you are upto currently and what have you done in the past 5 years.

As I posted in another post that I think CIS is using this RFI technique to "expedite" the case when finally I/O reaches your file. At that point he quickly can skim through the file and if everything is there, he will just grant approval. But this is only my opinion.
