Approval Tracker - Excel sheet

According to the tracker, SBR's is the most recently filed(10/2004) EB3 transfer case (known/marked) to be approved - interesting.

I140: RFE-01/2006(Experience),AD-02/2006

I485 Details:
FP1-12/2005-Code3
LUDS: VSC-->TSC 03/15/07(transfer messge), LUD-03/16/07, LUD 03/27/07(CASE PENDING), 06/19/07 (Card ordered, 6:45 PM), 06/20/07 (Approval notice sent 8:15 AM)

Actions taken: Contacted FL 02/07, got responce from FBI name chack finalized on 04/07 (Thanks to FL)
Contacted Oumbudsman via Letter 05/07, gor resopnce from Ombudsman that 'the case is forwarded to USCIS and if you do not here any responce from USCIS with 45 days asked me to contact ombudsman again'

How to contact Ombudsman

Dear ybyreddy,
Heartly congratulations for your approval !

Please share your experience contacting ombudsman and how to contact him. Also if possible a format of the letter would be appreciated.

I beleive Ombudsman is working because his name starts with Om..that is one of our holy word Ohm...
