His PD is current from Oct 01, 2006 . (EB2 India cutoff date is June 15, 2002).

san user PD is EB2 04/03/2002.

Thx CAPD02. Yepp my PD is 04/03/2002.
By mistake they approved it as EB3 at first.
We had to get USCIS to switch to EB2. Probably I lost about 6-8 months in the process. Most people with my PD got approved in April 2006.

No more H1 extensions/visa appointments.

I wish all you guys good luck and hope you will get GC soon.

Did you send an email or put a phone request after your application was current on October 1st ?. just wondering if we need send an email or put phone request when the date becomes current.

I did not followup. I thought it might take a while for them to get to my application. but..it was a pleasant surprise.
