Approval Status from NSC

Hi,
Any NSC 485\'er with EB3 India, PD: 5/96, 485 RD: 12/05/99, ND: 12/19/99, FP done 12/07/00. Have\'nt checked FP status. Does anyone have FBI number for NSC or is it the same number published at other discussions.
Do you know how long for 485 approval. Read somewhere at this site that NSC is processing 10/99 cases.

NSC started processing 9/99 RD cases. Most of the 9/99 cases had 10/99 Notice dates. If you check the AVM it is saying 475-505 days. Just need to wait for 500 days.

call FBI at (304) 625-5590
option 4 and say this was taken for immigration purpose. They won\'t reveal any results but just say they were fine or not and when it was sent back to INS.

although we have seen some sep. RD cases, I believe they may be stuck in this august/sep mode for a while yet. remember that the PDs became current inJuly so there must have been a majot case spike in august. so how do they decide amoingst the unusually high number of requests they got withina one month period?? My hypothesis is that they go back to PD\'s to sort amongst all teh RDs of a given month. At least thats what I am hoping for. I have a 10/96 PD and a 8/99 RD - still waiting. compared to someone with an 8/99 RD but a 10/97 PD, I would imagine they would process the 8/99 pD first. But who knows?? Its the INS!! Good Luck.
