Guys - I am EB3 rest of world with a priority date of October 2005. Any ideas how long it will take for my case to be approved considering the February Visa Bulletin has EB3 ROW as Nov 1st 02. Will it be 3 years or does it not work like that?

Unless there is legislation to increase the available visa from 140,000 per year, expect your green card in about three years.

What approval are you talking about, I-485? Or you're still waiting to file until you priority becomes current?

If you will look at my signature, I got my GC in less than 4 months. I wasn't even expecting it, since apparently all visa were exhausted sometime in July. So who knows you might get yours soon.

Well, since you are in ROW, it is a lot better than those indian brothers. I would say in a year or two.
