When you look at the number of cases files from November through March, the number is relatively low in Nov and December mainly coz. medical check ups were slow due to the nature of low doctor availability/holidays, etc., and then all of a sudden picks up in January with a drop off in Feb.
However, while there were a few January approvals, VSC seems to have jumped right past Nov/Dec and Jan (few approvals), and has been approving a TON of Feb applications - especially those recd. on 2/14 and 2/15. This is really odd!!!
