Anybody approved in the week of 9/15 and didn't receive the approval notice yet? Our (myself & spouse) case approved on 09/16 but didn't receive the notice. Lawyer filed G28 to withdraw name (left company) from our case long back so I hope my company will not receive anything.
 
My AD:9/17/03 and on 9/24, lawyer[NJ] and me[NY] got it.

Since your in NC, probably there could a day or two delay because of after-effects of Isabel..Hopefully you will get b4 saturday..
 
Most of times it takes about a week.

Most recent approvals posted here received it in less than a week.

You are correct but I think EAD application (for my wife with RD: 09/04/2003 and ND: 09/09/2003) triggered our approval.

What is the mailing date on your approval notice?
 
AD:9/17/03 and the St.Albans Stamp date on the envelope shows 9/22 which means it has been sent out NOT on the same day of approval...! I got it on 9/24.

Did you apply your EAD renewal online or by mail? I am planning to apply for my 3rd EAD, more in hope of triggering my 485 approval, and would appreciate it if you could tell me how you sent in yours.

Thanks. I did applied EAD renewal for my wife through mail (not online).
 
was there an address change

If so check with bcis if they have the correct address, mine was aprvd on 19 and got it on 25th.

I didn't move after filing I-485 and I've received 2nd FP notice in this address in June 2003. What is the mailing date in your approval notice?
 
It took 7 days in my case from the dt. of approval.
NY is close to vermont, but it might take a bit longer in your case. If you have been receiving your BCIS mails at this address, then you should also receive your courtesy copy at this address. Just wait for a few days more, and you will get it.

We got our approval notice in mail today. It was mailed from St. Albans on 09/18/2003 (from the postal stamp on the envelope). We are planning to go to Charlotte, NC for passport stamping tomorrow morning (I'll post our experience soon).
