My I-140 was approved Nov 2, however, my approval notice has not arrived yet. Strangely enough, the NVC received my case last week. Any idea when to expect the approval notice??? Or is this another lottery type of delivery??

My lawyer just called that the approval notice came.
Hope yours comes soon as well!

How do you check and find out that NVC has received your case ?

My I140 was also approved on 11/08

Call NVC at (603) 332-0700
Press: 2,2,3,1, then press a number according to your service center (VSC, TSC, etc.) and then press 1 and enter your I-140 number without the letters and press #. It will tell your status.
You can also talk to an operator there.

Hi Marta, If NVC message says that your documents will be sent to the attorney in 4 to 6 weeks, does it mean your case is under CP
 
RRM: have you received the approval notice?

Mine approve on 11/8/01, not received yet.
I called and the IIO said to resend.
