Approval Notice ????

I rec Card already last week , and letter was mailed out on 01/10 as mentioned below , have not rec yet , believe it got lost in the mail , Do I need this letter ? I don't believe so since I rec the actual G/Card already.

First off, you've received the card. Second, the message says to wait 14 days, not the 9 that you have currently waited.

And no, you don't need the letter.
