The same message was sent to my husband. We decided not to wait 120 days to discover a mistake, so we made an appt. at local office, where i-94 with stamp (stating adjustment date) was issued and fingerprint was taken. I'm pretty sure it's computer's bug.

Thanks nana_s ...I pretty much did the same thing ..when I got the email last week scheduled a online appointment with the local CIS but I didn't know if they will accept the letter I got.
My husband hadn't any problem. He had the letter with "120 days" and 3 pictures. It took about 20 minutes to get stamped I-94 . Just have an appt through INFOPASS.
