I received my courtersy copy of approval notice today. Believe or not, on the notice form, it clearly states that I need to bring 2 THREE QUARTER view photos with me for the stamp.
I think this is because NSC hasn't updated their computer system for this. But it has been more than 1 month since they introduced the passport photo requirement on Aug. 1st. I suspect how much we can expect from a SUCH system.
