Does it mean my GC wait is over??

Can u please let know your details like PD and 485 RD and is it TSC or transfered from VSC
 
PD = June 2006
I-140/I-485 RD = Oct 2006
FP = 11/06
Child FP = 3/07
LUD= 11/06, 3/07, 6/18/07

Looks like sms101 , who got the approval notice had used substitution labor.

So sms... what is the PD of the old LC you used?

I did not use labor substitution, I got approved through PERM. EB2 ROW. So was never subject to retrogression.
