Approval Notice Please help

hi gurus,
My and my wifes 485 got approved as of apr 10. Yesterday, i recieved the courtesy copy only for my self. not for my wife. My questions are:
1. Do we get approval notices individually or only the main applicant.
2. Can we get stamped with courtesy copy?
3. What will happen if the i-94 has been expired after we got the EAD?
4. Should we have renewed our i-94 forms.
5. Can some one post their stamping experience in newark.

1.Generally you should get all on the same day, may be it might have been misplaced check with IIO after 2 days.
2. For stamping you basically need courtesy copy, I-94\'s, EAD, AP\'s , passport with 6 months of validity, and two photos no later than 30 days.
3.Once you file I-485 your I-94\'s are no use, you don\'t have to file for any extention. Only if you are on H1B and your I-94 is exipiring much earlier than your H1B, you would be applying AP to go out of US.
So carry what ever I-94\'s you have.
