Approval notice for I130

Hi
I recently got a email from USCIS saying that they have mailed a notice of approval regarding the I130 file for my wife and asked me to follow any instruction on notice.
I am a just a greencard holder and my wife is waiting outside of USA.
But I didn't get a mail from USCIS because I moved to new home a fews months ago.
What could be the instruction on the notice? and what should i do next?

First if you haven't done so file an AR-11 (alien change of address). You can file an AR-11 online or by mail. While being a GC holder you are required to notify USCIS within 10 days of any address change. After you file the change of address contact the 800 number for USCIS and informed them that you moved and you updated your address, but you also need the address on the I-130 case updated. Ask them if they could also resend a copy of the approval letter.
