I'm opening this thread for approvals for those CSC->NSC cases. Let's see who's the lucky No. 1

Have you confirmed your NC clearance? If yours was cleared a month ago, it should be in CIS system which you can make an Infopass appointment in the local CIS office. Several people got their NC cleared in Feb. and March, it seems you're almost there. Good Luck.
 
It seems like CSC->NSC are screwed up......
Could you guys update your signatures with RD/PDs so that its easy
for all of us?

EB3 - India
PD - Jan, 2002
RD - Aug, 2004
Many EAD and last FP in May, 2007
 
mine is CSC >NSC Transfer mar.07

we are really screwed up in one of the thread I already mentioned that CSC>NSC cases went to hell.......... our PD's are of 2000,2001 but no approval yet. last week one of my friend 485 filed at NSC got approval his pd was dec.2002 and my all friends of CSC still waiting and PD's of 2000,2001,2002 etc.......

we have to contact AILA, Murthy or Rajiv to do something about us.

Well it seems like the only person so far posted who is really old in terms
of PD is azappl. All others are end of 2004. Last couple of days they are
mostly doing RDs of early 2003 to mid 2004 according to the RDs posted.

I would wait couple more weeks and see what is happening.

Call Nsc Plz

All of us lets make calls to NSC and let them know about this injustice.
This is complete disaster to me and unacceptable. We have to call them and let them know.

Case moved from CSC to NSC on 26-MAR-2007.
Got an RFE on 11-May-2007, replied on 29-May-2007
Got LUD on 30-May-2007 and 5-Jun-2007, but nothing since then.:mad:

Mine is transferred AND EB2

Don't see any approvals in either of these two categories.

EB2 PD April 2002
RD June 2005
Transferred March 1, 2007

What's happening to EB2 cases and transferred cases????

Especially transferred cases that are EB2!!!! We are taking a double hit here!

Anyone got LUD change after InforPass appoitments? I had two appointments in last one month and a service request on Jun 1, 2007 but still see no response for service request or any LUD change. :confused:
It's very disappointing to see this unfair treatment of CSC-->NSC transferred cases.

see a few cases with 04/04/07 LUD. Any idea whats it for !?!

CSC -> NSC - 02/07; Latest LUD - 04/04/07
 
I called NSC and asked why we have not seen any transferred cases approved and if there are any preferential treatments given to the non-transferred cases. The CSR said all she can tell me was they are processing cases by their RD but nothing about transferred vs non-transferred cases.

However, she was kind enough to give some information on my case. It appears my case is with an IO right now.

I pray I can hear the good news soon!!!

It seems NSC is taking up direct filing cases first as we have not seen any approvals of EB3 for india.
My information as follows:
PD: 12/2001 EB 3
I485 RD 25 Oct 04
LUD Feb 07 case transferred to NSC- and still the same.
FP Oct 05 and Biometrics Apr 06.
Service requset 8 Jun 07- still no reponse.........
Keeping faith in God that all of us will the light one day.................

Looks like NSC cases did get higher priority than our CSC Xferred the cases. :mad:
